Refunds Policy
Most products in our store come with a full satisfaction guarantee, or your money will be refunded.
For free shipping orders, please note that in the event of a refund, the shipping costs paid by our tea shop will be deducted from the original purchase price. Refunds do not include shipping costs, bank or credit card fees, customs duties or any other charges.
Refunds are processed within 14 days of the date we receive the return, using the same method as the original payment:
Tea Products – Unfortunately, due to health and safety concerns, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any tea products. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Non-Tea Products – We must receive the original, unused and undamaged packaging within 21 days of the date we received the product, accompanied by the original receipt. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
