Free shipping to USA
Orders applicable to shipping to addresses in the continental United States total a minimum of $60.00 USD(total does not include shipping and taxes). Discount vouchers and gift certificates will apply to the total amount of the order and will reduce the total calculated free shipping.

To qualify for free shipping, all items in the order must qualify for free shipping. Please note: A single unqualified item will disqualify the entire order for free shipping. If you want to order both qualified and unqualified items, the best way is to create separate orders for each type.

Free shipping to Canada
A minimum total of $60.00 CDN is applicable for orders shipped to a Canadian address (total excludes shipping and taxes). Discount vouchers and gift certificates will apply to the total amount of the order and will reduce the total calculated free shipping.

We combine multiple product orders into the smallest package possible. This is calculated automatically for you on the shipping order page.
We cannot waive insurance, mark packages as gifts or commercial samples, or change payment statements.
Lost order
We will treat items as lost within 45 days of receiving the customer’s notice. This may be the result of events beyond our control, such as an error in the delivery chain or customs service in your country. If this happens, please accept our apologies.
When contacting us, please indicate your order number and whether you would like a full refund (including shipping) or a reshipment of your original order. If the original “lost” order appears after a replacement or refund, please contact us so we can arrange the return postage.
We will charge a 10% fee (based on the purchase price only) plus any fees we incur for items delivered on time but returned to us for the following reasons:
Customers refuse to place orders;
Failure to deliver;
Not collected by customers at their local post office or designated pick-up location.
Customers outside the United States may be assessed import duties by their country’s customs service. This is out of our control and if you feel you may be assessed a high tariff, please contact the customs service in your country before ordering.
